What I do

Hiring with intention, not just urgency.

Employer Brand & Culture

Redesigning company values and leading cross-functional working groups, to partnering with Flexa and building out LinkedIn career pages through employee storytelling, I approach employer brand as the connective tissue between who a company is and who it attracts. I've helped organisations articulate culture in ways that go beyond words.

Senior & Specialist Hiring

Recruiting across EMEA and the US, including product design, engineering, commercial and leadership roles for global tech companies. I partner with hiring managers from intake to offer, building trust, managing complexity, and knowing when to challenge the brief as much as follow it.

Psychometrics

Registered user with in-person training, active Clevry partner, and a Business Psychology Certification currently underway. I've designed and facilitated assessment centres, built structured interview frameworks, and am increasingly focused on translating behavioural science into better, more defensible hiring decisions.

Humanising Recruitment

Treating candidates as people. Clear communication, honest feedback, and a process that respects everyone involved, not just the person who gets the offer. I listen. I stay in touch with people who don't make it through. I give feedback that's actually useful. Because the way someone experiences your hiring process says everything about the kind of company you are.

Experience

A career built around people.

At Frontify I'm shaping culture, building channels, and treating recruitment as something with lasting impact. Owning product and commercial hiring functions from specialist contributors to senior leadership, working closely with founders, CPOs and commercial directors from intake to offer.

  • Helped design and lead product and commercial hiring across EMEA and North America, partnering closely with founders and senior leaders.
  • Co-owned the Referrals Programme end to end, finding the stories worth telling, shaping them, and publishing content that made the employer brand feel real rather than polished.
  • Project lead in a cross-functional working group that redefined company values; co-shaped the narrative and partnered with Flexa on an external interview about the resulting culture.
  • Played a key role to support the design and launch of the internal referrals programme which I help to manage, turning employees into the company's most trusted sourcing channel.
  • As the internal champion for psychometric assessment, I own the Clevry relationship and lead its integration across our hiring process.

About

Culture is built on the people you hire.

Kiren Raisinghani portrait

A few years ago I packed up and left the UK for Malta. Two years in, it was time for a change. Then Barcelona came along and I never left.

I've run assessment centres, built employer brands, headhunted across Europe and North America, and spent more time than I'd like to admit staring at pipeline data trying to work out where things broke down. Along the way I became PAPI 3 certified, partnered Clevry with Frontify, and started a Business Psychology Certification, because the science of human behaviour belongs in every hiring decision.

Throughout all of it I've worked closely with some of the most demanding stakeholders in business, founders, commercial directors and C-suite leaders who move fast, think strategically and expect the same in return. Recruitment at this level requires more than filling roles. It requires diplomacy when conversations get difficult, resilience when processes fall apart, a genuine understanding of the product and business you're hiring for, and the ability to navigate internal politics without losing sight of what actually matters. I've learned to hold my ground, challenge when it's needed and stay positive when the process tests everyone involved.

Living as an expat has quietly shaped all of this more than I sometimes give it credit for. Starting again in two unfamiliar countries, building friendships from scratch, rebuilding networks, navigating cultures and systems I didn't grow up with, takes a particular kind of resilience, adaptability and social intelligence. You learn to read rooms quickly, build trust without history, and find your ground when nothing around you is familiar. These skills translate and show up in every stakeholder relationship, every candidate conversation and every new environment I've had to make my own.

We're in a moment where AI is reshaping recruitment faster than most teams can keep up with. I'm leaning into that, using AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and free up time for the parts that actually matter. But I'm not willing to let the process stop feeling human.

The thread running through all of it is pretty simple: selection should be fairer, more structured, and more human. For everyone in the process, not just the person who gets the job.

Selected Projects

The projects that change how people experience work.

  • Frontify values & culture

I led a project to redefine Frontify's company values, a meaningful piece of work that shaped how we articulate culture, collaboration, and growth. The article shares my reflections on how we did it, from the thinking behind each value to the way they come to life day-to-day.
